SHIPPING & RETURN
• All shipment to Indonesian address will be shipped via JNE or Tiki and also shipment to international address will be shipped via FedEx or DHL.
• Order will be shipped maximum 2 x 24 hours (in working days) after payment confirmation
• Order deliveries will be done from Monday – Saturday, except for public holidays
• Regular delivery in Indonesia may take 3 – 5 working days and delivery in International may take 4 – 14 working days
Return & Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange
All sales are final. We don’t and won’t accommodate refund.
Exchange is only eligible for: Incorrect Items, Defective Items, Size Exchange.
• Shipping fees for return and exchange regarding incorrect and defective items will be our responsibility, please send the shipping receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer is responsible for all shipping fee regarding size exchange
• All returns and exchanges have to be communicated to us within 3 working days of receiving the order. Please contact us at to start the return and exchange process.
• We will reply all inquiries within our working hours Monday – Saturday (09.00 – 15.00 UCT+7)
• Products must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed with hangtags attached and untampered
• We will do exchange for the exact item (same design and colour) that you order. In the event the mentioned item is no longer available, exchange can be done with a different design with same price or we can provide you store credit for your next online purchase from
• Please take note that measurements may vary 1 – 2 cm due to manufacturing processes and true colour of the item may not depicted exactly in picture of product. The mentioned aspects are not considered defect hence not eligible for returns.
